·        Upon successful application, a cheque in the amount of HK$200/ HK$400 (made payable to “Airport Authority”) should be submitted immediately to HRA at PTB 5Z558 being the non-refundable payment of charge for using the above-mentioned flat.

·        The use of the resort flat is NOT transferable and the successful applicant MUST be present when using the flat.

·        If two or more applications are received for the same slot, a ballot will be drawn; the successful applicant will not be included in any ballot within three months from the date of his/her last successful allocation, unless there is no other applications for his/her proposed date of use or while his/her allocated slot has been taken up by an applicant on the waiting list.

·        The successful applicant and his/her guests MUST take great care in using any of the facilities and equipment in the flat and neither the Airport Authority nor the AA Staff Club will be held liable for any loss, damage or injury that may arise from or due to the use of the resort flat.
